Main parts Feature:

HH European electric chain hoist and motor has been certified by the relevant national organization, 

Protection class of traveling motor device is IP55, control handle is IP65, it is excellent moisture-proof dust-proof.

1. Gearbox is free of maintenance, working duty M6. The helical gear drive of the gearbox reduces operating

noise and makes the operation more stable. Fully loaded of HH type electric chain hoist is up to 1900 hours.

This is our VOHOBOO's standard rated usage time, more than 20% of working life than other brand electric

hoist.

2. Brake is free of maintenance, because of the low abrasion, no need adjustment; the brake is fast and

stable. The brake shell is double sealed for operation in harsh climates or working condition.

3. Slip clutch is is free of maintenance. The friction clutch is integrated at the rear end of the brake, to

effectively protect against overloading. The internal speed detector can effectively guarantee that the hoist

chain will never slip out even at abnormal conditions.

4. Adjustment of the control pendant height---in the range of 2 to 5m and 5 to 8m of the hook stroke, and

the control cable length and the control pendant suspension height can be changed infinitely.

5. Control--- 24V 24V low voltage control, upper & down limit switches.

6. Chain - High-strength, anti-aging VOHOBOO special chain, the surface is hardened. Galvanized and

additional surface treatment protects it from harsh environments.

7. Suspension device --HH type European electric chain hoist adopts a compact C-shaped structure size,

which can make full use of the height space. The HH European electric chain hoist is equipped with a variety of

suspension devices to make the connection more perfect.

8. Shell- strong, lightweight die-cast aluminum shell for a compact, modern industrial design. Automotive

grade paint provides protection for longer.

9. Hoist motor ---A strong and durable high-performance motor, it works well even in high temperature and

long-term operation. Double speed lifting speed with variable frequency control to provide multiple speed.

10. Sprocket---plug-in connection type sprocket, easily and quickly if doing replacement, no need to

disassemble the motor or gear components, so it reduces downtime. VOHOBOO sprocket adopts highly

wear-resistant materials for long life using.

11. Chain collector box --- special plastic with strong, tough and impact resistant; HH standard model can be

placed 8 meters chain. a chain box for 40 meters or 120 meters according to client’s request.

12. Hook group---The hook device is ergonomic and comfortable for people to hold. The hook is forged, the

strength is excellent, the hook is rotated 360 degrees, the specially designed safety tongue ensures safe

operation.
